AI Innovation Engineer Role

The ideal candidate will be a key member of our core team, playing a crucial role in developing AI training and deployment pipelines. This position involves implementing model compression algorithms and productionizing research to enhance machine learning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generative Model Development: Design and develop innovative generative models using RAG and transformers.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: Enhance pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Research and Advancements: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI techniques and explore new methods for improving performance and capabilities.
  • Software Engineering Rigor: Ensure machine learning/generative AI pipelines adhere to software engineering best practices.
  • Model Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of ML/generative AI models and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
