IT Infrastructure Manager

As a seasoned infrastructure professional, you will serve as a crucial link between business and technical teams to ensure seamless operations, timely renewals, and proactive infrastructure planning. Your expertise in server infrastructure, networking, and data centre management will be instrumental in driving efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of infrastructure-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Finance, and external vendors for timely infrastructure asset, product, and connectivity link renewals.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain visibility and control over contract lifecycles, renewals, and dependencies within the infrastructure landscape.
- Proactively plan and manage infrastructure deliveries and renewals for operational continuity and risk minimization.
- Drive operational efficiency by monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress of infra-related initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication of timelines and expectations across all stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Master's degree preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centre Operations, or related domains.
Strong understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and data centre management.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including SCM, Finance, vendors, and business teams.
Excellent project coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
Contract renewal and business continuity through proactive planning.
