IT Systems Administrator Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage, maintain, and support our diverse IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, desktop environments, cloud services, network hardware, and user management tools.

Job Summary:

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated IT leader to oversee the administration of our organization's IT systems, ensuring seamless operations, high availability, and robust security.

Responsibilities:

Server Administration

Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments, performing regular patch management, user/group policy maintenance, and security updates.

Desktop OS Support

Provide comprehensive support for Windows, Ubuntu/Linux, and macOS desktops and laptops, including OS deployment, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.

Network & Security

Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches, working with networking teams and ISPs for resolving connectivity issues. Basic understanding of WAF (Web Application Firewall) and security principles is required.

Cloud Services Administration

Administer Microsoft 365 via Azure AD and Google Workspace, configuring and maintaining user roles, policies, and access controls.

Endpoint Security

Install and manage Bitdefender Antivirus through central management console, ensuring endpoint compliance and generating periodic security reports.

Monitoring & Tracking Tools

Deploy and manage Teramind and Insightful tracking tool via its console, supporting monitoring policy configurations, alerts, and investigations.

MDM & Identity Management

Administer Microsoft Intune and JumpCloud for device and user identity management, enforcing security compliance for mobile and remote endpoints.

Ticketing & Support

Handle user issues through a ticketing system and Microsoft Teams support channels, providing L1 to L3 level support and ensuring SLA compliance.

Asset & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, allocation, and tracking for end-users, conducting periodic audits and reconciliations.

Hardware & Software Support

Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and software issues across multiple platforms.

Voice Platform Support

Manage Dialpad and Twilio voice communication platforms via admin console, ensuring quality of service and supporting call routing configurations.

Cost & License Management

Monitor IT tool subscriptions, usage costs, and license renewals, providing cost estimates and maintaining vendor agreements.

Domain & Hosting

Manage domain registration, hosting control panels, FTP, and MySQL databases, coordinating basic web-related infrastructure management.

Vendor Coordination

Communicate with software and hardware vendors for escalations and support, managing service level expectations and incident resolution timelines.

Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate with Internet providers and support partners for uninterrupted services.
