Associate Director Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of consultants across multiple verticals who are accountable for developing and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service/technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive milestones to realization.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and business process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines and with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, engineering, or a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.

Program Management Experience: 5+ years in a matrix environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center/BPO industry (Voice).
  • Collaborative skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Scaled Agile Framework: Working knowledge.

Certification: Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM (Organizational Change Management) preferred.
