Job Summary

A leading cybersecurity sales director is required to drive the sales strategy for cybersecurity products and services in India.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for cybersecurity products and services in India.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of engaging C-level executives and decision-makers in large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including NGFWs, SIEM, cloud security, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and emerging technologies like AI-driven threat detection, SASE, and zero-trust frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers, to promote cybersecurity solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in cybersecurity sales or IT solution sales within India.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably with a cybersecurity OEM or system integrator.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, CERT-In, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.
