Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior DFT Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex digital circuits with high testability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced DFT techniques to ensure high testability and debuggability of digital circuits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT requirements into the design flow.
  • Lead the development of scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and shell scripts.
  • Experience in RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
  • Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools.
  • Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.

 

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience in DFT concepts and hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion.
  • Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and knowledge of providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking and work on several high-priority designs in parallel.
