Business Finance Manager Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our sales incentive policy and team of analysts.

  • Strategic Sales Incentive Policy Owner: Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of sales incentive policies that drive business growth and performance.
  • Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict sales revenue and manage risk.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with a team of experienced finance professionals to achieve sales pipeline targets and optimize TCV closures.

As a Business Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and optimize financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales finance or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales pipeline targets and optimizing TCV closures
  • CA qualification or equivalent
