Backend Developer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be able to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using Go.

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Golang to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, reusable, and efficient backend services and APIs.

  • Design and develop scalable, reusable, and efficient backend services and APIs using Go
  • Architect and implement backend solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to define and implement new features
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience with Go programming and backend technologies such as NodeJS/ExpressJS
  • Proficiency in Go programming language, with a solid understanding of its principles and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Golang concepts: concurrent programming, Goroutines, Channels, Context, Interfaces, OOP (Inheritance, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with testing frameworks in Go (unit tests, integration tests, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
  • Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems like Kafka or AWS
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or modern API standards
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, MySQL/MongoDB, and other backend/data engineering technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of modern SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, Jira, and GitHub
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
