  • Develop and execute technical plans to address customer needs, utilizing specialist skills and expertise.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in packet core technology, including level 2 technical support and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud and container infrastructure, as well as Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
What You Will Contribute
  • Plan and execute technical tasks to meet customer needs, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Support emergency and 24/7 duties, rotating shifts as needed to ensure around-the-clock coverage.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
