Telecommunications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CTI Professional to join our team.

The CTI Administrator will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CTI platforms, including design, development, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer telephony integration (CTI) and experience working with various CTI solutions, such as Avaya, Five9, and Cisco UCCE.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing CTI solutions to meet business needs
• Developing and maintaining CTI platforms, including configuration and testing
• Troubleshooting CTI-related issues and providing technical support
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in CTI administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer telephony integration (CTI) principles and technologies
• Experience working with various CTI solutions, including Avaya, Five9, and Cisco UCCE
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Additional requirements include:

• Certification from a recognized CTI vendor, such as Avaya or Cisco, is desirable
