Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic group of problem solvers, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions from strategy to execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop self-awareness and personal strengths by using feedback and reflection.
  • Utilize proven track record as an SME in chosen domain.
  • Promote Client POC/POV for integrating/emerging Tech like BlockChain, AI et al with the product platform they are associated with.
  • Mentor Junior resources within the team and conduct KSS and lessons learnt.
  • Foster flexibility to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Ticket Quality and deliverables review.
  • Status Reporting for the project.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, incident management, change management, and problem management expertise.
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Awareness of tools available for a given situation and ability to explain reasons for choice.
  • Seek exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives.
  • Communicate effectively in a structured way when influencing and connecting with others.
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
  • Upkeep firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement.
  • Contribute to a team environment including client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Team player, taking up cross competency work and contributing to COE activities.
  • Risk escalation management.
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support/Implementation projects.
  • Support/Implementation experience should be in version ECC 6 with S/4 HANA experience.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring/defining SAP SD- Order Management, Pricing techniques, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, Outputs/BRF+ controls, Credit Management, and Sales business process.
  • Strong experience in interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with necessary technical knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in Project Management, Functional business analysis, and development methodologies.
