We are seeking a senior sales and customer success technology expert to lead our CRM strategy at Total CollectR. Our team is expanding rapidly, and we need someone who has in-depth knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, customize, and optimize the CRM system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the CRM system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM-related questions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM administration or management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
