About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the performance of the team, ensuring the effective execution of cross-group pre-close and post-close documents for complex commercial real estate loans. You will also provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the team's performance and effectiveness, as well as the preparation of cross-group pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loans
* Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements for processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing
* Perform or guide others on complex business and operational decisions that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
* Review and prepare loan-related documents independently
* Lead or contribute to the implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various work groups

Requirements

**Qualifications:**
6+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an equivalent degree, preferably an MBA or M.Com. Desired skills include sound analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, strong communication skills, high level of personal motivation, and comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including base salary $120,000-$180,000 per year depending on experience, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
