Job Title: Healthcare Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing marketing professional with expertise in healthcare marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and how to build trust-driven campaigns that deliver measurable return on investment (ROI).

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth) through data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and patient acquisition cost) and prepare regular reports.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing CPL.
  • Stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies to maintain expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
