Senior UX Research Consultant

We are seeking an experienced UX research consultant to lead strategic initiatives and drive user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, delivering actionable insights that shape business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define research goals by partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate user behaviors through studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop research plans by designing strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze usability by facilitating usability and accessibility testing, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and share insights by translating complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.

Critical selection criteria include:

  • Hands-on UX research experience of 2-4 years.
  • Strong research skills artefacts/portfolio highlighting proven ability with qualitative + quantitative methods.
  • Healthcare/Pharma MR experience including exposure to studies such as ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking.
  • User-centered design (UCD) expertise.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Insight translation skills, including strong skill in synthesizing data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations.

The successful candidate will have experience in defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.

They will also have expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing progress and findings to drive alignment and results.

A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in BDes/MDes, BE/BTech, or related fields, along with familiarity with corporate or consulting environments and excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
