Job Title: Technical Consultant for Oracle Cloud VBCS

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to join our expanding Managed Services team. This role is key to supporting and enhancing our offshore capability, working closely with colleagues to deliver innovative managed services for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior Oracle Cloud Technical support consultant, working hands-on to triage, diagnose, and resolve client issues across Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Design, build, and support solutions using Oracle VBCS (basic and advanced modes) and Redwood UX extensions, ensuring compatibility with evolving Oracle design standards.
  • Perform setup and configuration activities such as provisioning VBCS environments, managing environment lifecycles, and configuring CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment.
  • Partner with clients to support controlled release rollouts of Redwood and VBCS features, performing impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption planning.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven features and automation capabilities within Oracle Cloud, helping clients leverage new innovations effectively.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, including troubleshooting steps, solution design notes, and internal knowledge base materials.
  • Contribute to system update cycles, including impact assessment, testing, and deployment support.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective technical support.
