Job Title: Product Specialist, Licensing

We are looking for a skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers implement and use our GT-SUITE software.

Your responsibilities will include managing IT-facing components, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring they have a smooth, productive, and secure experience. You will oversee technical support for our software installer across various platforms, manage licensing solutions, and address antivirus issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, resolve issues related to software installation and runtime, licensing.
  • Define and own the long-term vision for IT-facing components of GT-SUITE, proposing feature improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, and product teams to align IT-facing features with overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Project management to deliver timely feature updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degrees.
  • Relevant fields: Software Engineering, IT Systems, Network Administration.
  • 3-5 years' experience in technical support, product management, or IT-related roles, preferably in software or engineering industry.
  • Prior exposure to customer-facing support roles in a technical capacity.
  • Experience with software installation, licensing tools, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and software installation processes.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work from 3 pm to 11.59 pm IST to collaborate with global teams.
