We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly review and process alerts from sanction party list screening systems
  • Analyze alerts to determine validity and relevance of potential matches against sanctioned individuals and entities
  • Conduct thorough research using various databases, public records, and other resources to verify identity and status of flagged parties
  • Maintain accurate records of all alerts processed, including findings and actions taken in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and submit reports on alert processing activities, including trends, issues, and recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, finance, Business Administration, or ICWA
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar working profile
  • Excellent communication, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies for governance-related topics
  • SAP End User Knowledge and MS Office products
