Fund Manager & Equity Partner – Arbitrage Strategy (Dubai-Based Future Exempt Fund)

Role Type: Fund Manager & 40% Equity Partner
Location: Dubai, UAE (with global exposure)
Minimum Capital Commitment: ₹1.2 Crores (Approx. USD 145,000)

The fund will operate under a licensed and compliant structure, using advanced analytics and execution frameworks to deliver stable, market-neutral returns.

We are establishing a specialized Arbitrage-focused Exempt Fund in Dubai, targeting consistent, low-risk opportunities across international markets.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Fund Manager to join us as a 40% Equity Partner.

  • Contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital as a partner-investor.
  • Lead fund management strategy & compliance alignment.
  • Oversight of portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting.
  • Shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap.

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
  • Open to being based in Dubai or frequent travel to DIFC/ADGM.
