  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A Human Resources degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maturity and empathy when interacting with colleagues.
  • High energy levels and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Passion for working with people and driving business outcomes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in People Operations, staffing, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employee relations case management.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Effective problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works.
  • Previous experience working with remote, global teams of over 250 people.
