Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement policies, plans, and strategies that drive business growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlets and Central Kitchen, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by monitoring and maintaining up-to-date legal documents.
  • Assist in planning short-term and long-term goals, including expansion initiatives.
  • Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster alliances and partnerships with external organizations to enhance our reputation and capabilities.
  • Drive Operational cost reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with delivery portals to optimize logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance customer experience across all outlets through proactive engagement and feedback.
