Product Innovation Specialist

Proman Infrastructure Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to develop and design innovative products.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Design and Develop Products: Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) to bring concepts to life from design to production release.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and optimal functionality.
  • Lead Design Reviews: Capture feedback and iterate to enhance performance and user value through iterative design refinement.
  • Create Detailed Models: Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Analyze Performance: Leverage simulation tools (FEA/CFD/motion), prototype testing, and troubleshooting to optimize product performance.
  • Apply Optimization Techniques: Employ DFM/DFA and optimization methods to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on materials, processes, and industry developments to drive improvement.
  • Proficient in CAD: Familiarity with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle is essential.
  • Preferred Experience: A strong background in Heavy equipment manufacturing, Heavy fabrication, or Stone Crushing equipment manufacturing industries is beneficial.
