Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Manager located in Ahmedabad. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and improving customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of customer communications
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM strategies
- Create detailed reports on customer insights to inform business decisions
- Manage customer segmentation projects to identify and engage high-value customers
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and creating actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Sales and market segmentation experience
- Project management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or related fields is a plus
