Senior Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence, build stronger audience connections, and position our company as the trusted and go-to name in the wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Campaigns & Storytelling: Lead integrated campaigns that inspire and strengthen brand recall.
  • Consumer Insights: Monitor client preferences and wedding trends to shape campaigns and offerings.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Build alliances with brands, venues, and influencers to boost visibility.
  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee digital presence, ensuring content is aspirational, engaging, and share-worthy.
  • Event Branding: Ensure all client touchpoints reflect the brand personality.
  • Team & Agency Management: Lead in-house teams, agencies, and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven brand management experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and aspirational branding.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
