Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to a team of skilled professionals, motivating them to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the center, ensuring seamless operations, efficient resource allocation, and a welcoming atmosphere for students and staff.
  • Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with students, offering tailored guidance on academic pursuits, career development, and study abroad opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to enhance the center's visibility, attract a diverse student population, and drive business expansion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and local educational institutions, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report progress to senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, providing them with comprehensive guidance on best practices and industry standards.

Prior experience in education, sales, or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in leadership, customer service, and team management.
