About the Role

The role of Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, driving collaboration to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. This position demands analytical expertise, passion for solving complex problems, and experience with process improvement and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation, leveraging industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with technical teams.
  • Create detailed process maps, user stories, and use cases to define business needs clearly.
  • Present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration through meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Support project management activities, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure quality assurance by reviewing functional specifications and validating deliverables against business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, with effective task prioritization.
