Job Role: Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist/Manager - Facebook Ads
Location: CHN/BLR

Job Summary:
Shriram Finance is seeking a seasoned and strategic Social Media Marketing professional to lead and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, a proven ability to execute vernacular ad strategies, and a deep understanding of data analytics to improve sales performance. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, creative execution, and strong data-driven decision-making skills to drive high-quality leads and achieve measurable business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Ads Strategy:
- Develop and implement advanced Facebook advertising strategies tailored to Shriram Finance's financial products (e.g., loans, insurance).
- Leverage vernacular advertising to reach diverse regional audiences and improve customer engagement.
- Strategically plan campaigns to align with sales targets and business objectives.
2. Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns, including audience research, creative development, execution, and optimization.
- Monitor and allocate ad spend to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies for enhanced performance.
3. Creative and Content Leadership:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and copy, with a strong focus on regional and vernacular appeal.
- Drive A/B testing for creatives, copy, and ad formats to identify top-performing combinations.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions) to uncover actionable insights.
- Use data to refine strategies, improve sales outcomes, and forecast future campaign results.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and ROI impact.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to align digital advertising with broader marketing goals.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign strategy and execution.
6. Compliance and Industry Expertise:
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Facebook's advertising policies and financial industry regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in social media marketing, vernacular advertising, and Facebook's algorithm updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, with expertise in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Proven success in creating and optimizing vernacular ad campaigns for regional audiences.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive sales growth.
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Creative mind-set to deliver engaging and relevant ad content.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram, or YouTube Ads).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for lead tracking and campaign integration.
