Job Title: Technical Embroidery Designer

Description:

  • Create intricate, production-ready embroidery designs in CAD software based on design concepts.
  • Prioritize collaboration with designers and technical teams to translate digital ideas into hand/machine embroidery.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of embroidery techniques, including zardozi, resham, sequins, aari, and other traditional methods.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking and archiving CAD files, development sheets, and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
  • Show a strong understanding of textile materials, threads, and yarns.
  • Provide evidence of prior experience in bridal/couture embroidery design (at least 2 years preferred).
  • Display artistic and technical expertise in textures, scale, and garment flow.
  • Show ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards.
