High-Level Embroidery Design Expert

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a High-Level Embroidery Design Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop intricate and production-ready embroidery designs in CAD based on design concepts.
  2. Interpret moodboards, sketches, and designer briefs into technically sound artwork.
  3. Ensure embroidery placements, repeats, and scaling are aligned with garment construction.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to translate digital designs into hand/machine embroidery.
  5. Create mock-ups, detailing charts, thread and material references for sampling and production.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator and other embroidery relevant software.
  • Solid understanding of Indian embroidery techniques—zardozi, resham, sequins, aari, etc.
  • Prior experience in bridal/couture embroidery design (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong artistic and technical sense for textures, scale, and garment flow.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
