Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to assume the role of Chief Talent and Capability Officer. This is a CXO-level position that will be based in Delhi and report directly to the CEO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling the organization's Talent Academy.

This initiative aims to source top talent from adjacent industries, fast-track certification and client readiness, embed AI-enabled training, and ensure a sustainable retention pipeline.

This role has a direct impact on Asset Under Management (AUM) growth, client acquisition, and continuity.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Build quarterly intake pipelines
  • SOURCE FROM ADJACENT INDUSTRIES
  • Forecast workforce needs
  • Manage attrition/replenishment

Training, Certification & Capability Development:

  • Create the Talent Academy with AMFI/IRDA certification
  • AI-assisted modules
  • CRM training
  • On-the-job coaching

Performance Management & Retention:

  • Implement daily evaluations
  • Variable payout structures
  • Maintain ~65% retention

Leadership & Strategic Impact:

  • Partner with CEO/Board
  • Establish dashboards
  • Mentor HR teams
  • Integrate AI into HR practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 15-20+ years of HR leadership experience in IT Services, BPO, BFSI, or other high-volume talent industries
  • Proven success in academy-style training and certification models
  • Experience in AI/tech-enabled HR practices and CRM adoption
  • Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial mindset capable of building frameworks from scratch

12-Month Success Markers:

  • 200 certified, client-ready hires net of attrition
  • Talent Academy established with AI-enabled learning and CRM training
  • 65%+ retention achieved
  • Playbooks for sourcing, training, retention, replenishment documented
  • Clear scale roadmap towards 500 hires by Year 4
