Are you an expert in designing and implementing data architectures that support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives? Do you have a strong background in talent management and human resources (HR)? We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Data Architect to transform our platform's data landscape, enabling advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures for AI/ML applications, specifically tailored for talent management data.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data models.
  • Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices ensuring data quality, privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3-5 years focused on AI/ML data solutions.
  • Proven experience working with talent management, candidate data, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this domain.
