Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Analytics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze data from various sources, prepare reports, and provide critical insights into customer lifecycle activities and campaign performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain regular dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement reporting tools to enhance data visualization and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
