We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement impactful solutions for global organizations.

Job Description:

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Global Benefits modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Desirable Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Global Benefits (GB) or Employee Central (EC).
