Job Title: Enterprise Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business analytics and decision-making capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective business intelligence solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
  4. Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
  5. Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of BI solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MicroStrategy applications, including data connectivity issues and report errors.
  7. Document BI solutions, including technical specifications, data mappings, and user guides.
Requirements
  • Expertise in MicroStrategy Desktop and Web, including Dossiers, Reports, and Visual Insight.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Experience in ETL tools and data integration processes.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
