About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager Analytics professional to join our team. This role is focused on delivering high-impact business outcomes through advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of relevant experience in ML/DL with a focus on production projects.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Huggingface transformers) and Generative AI models.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and ASGI frameworks (FastAPI).
  • Experience with development tools (Git and version control) and MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow).
