Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our interior design team and drive sales growth. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional spaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure through effective communication and project management.
  • To provide exceptional customer experience during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • To lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, including conceptual, technical, and modular designs.
  • To own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and coordination with internal and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Led and delivered at least 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects, demonstrating expertise in design tools, presentation, and project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning), civil works, and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
