Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Celebrations Resort in Bhopal. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory, and controlling food costs. The Executive Chef will work closely with the management team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

- Culinary skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation
- Management skills: Experience in managing kitchen staff, scheduling, and team coordination
- Food safety and hygiene: Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen hygiene
- Inventory and cost management: Skills in inventory control, cost management, and supplier relations
