Talent Advisor Role

As a Talent Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through their talent acquisition journey. Your role is pivotal in understanding client needs, strategizing effective talent acquisition processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within our global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data/Solution analysis: Forming a clear picture of where the client's organization is, what the challenges are, and what the future state will look like. Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources, and sharing with client and internal team. Building and analyzing market knowledge, tooling, and methods.
  • Client/customer management: Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders, e.g., Hiring Managers, Managers Operations, and the HRBP's. Being a trusted advisor for our clients and building a culture of Talent Advisory within the client organization.
  • Administration: Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft Talent Advisory strategy. Managing systems under assigned business functions. Navigating a wide variety of Talent Advisor processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and highlighting key findings.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor with relevant experience in domestic IT volume hiring, preferably 3-6 years in the recruiting and staffing industry. You should have stakeholder management on Operational management level, consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions, and client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.

Additionally, you should have a demonstrated track record of understanding clients' needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies. You should be knowledgeable in RPO/MSP, Sourcing/Recruitment, Talent acquisition/Talent mapping and market research, and Talent trends in the market.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
