Senior SAP FICO Consultant - Solutions Leader

We seek an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead implementations and drive business value.

Job Responsibilities:
  • SAP FICO Implementation: Manage FICO module implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
  • S/4HANA Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of S/4HANA Public Cloud for successful deployments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions improving efficiency within the FICO module.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure FICO modules aligning with business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Training & Support: Provide user training sessions and ongoing support for effective FICO system use post-implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead agile project teams ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure FICO solution meets compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10-12 years in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Experience: Mandatory one full life cycle implementation experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of FICO configuration, S/4HANA functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA desirable.
