Life Sciences Engineering Leader

As a seasoned engineering leader, you'll lead and mentor a talented team of software engineers, fostering technical growth and accountability while collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver new features aligned with business goals. Your expertise will ensure timely delivery of product milestones, maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and security.

With a strong background in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java, you'll guide architectural decisions and drive the implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions. Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB), is essential, as well as deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.

Our ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, taking ownership of project execution and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
