**Job Opportunity:** Business Development/Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and grow strategic relationships with Global Capability Centers in the Life Sciences industry.

This high-impact role requires a consultative mindset, strong knowledge of business processes, and the ability to position transformation programs that re-engineer how these processes are run.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by owning a portfolio and expanding existing relationships.
  • Consultative selling: Identify business challenges and co-create solutions using AI-native platforms and data engineering capabilities.
  • Client engagement: Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and CXOs across India-based GCC organizations.
  • Strategic account management: Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to customer priorities.
  • Opportunity management: Lead pursuits end-to-end from qualification to closure.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**

  • 10+ years in Account Management / Consultative Sales in IT Services for Life Sciences, with ownership of revenue.
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio and achieving growth targets.
  • Experience engaging with Life Sciences clients (pharma/biotech) in GCC environments.
  • Solid understanding of core business functions such as clinical development, regulatory ops, safety, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong techno-functional orientation: able to translate business problems into AI/ML, data platform, and automation use cases.
