Job Title

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Consultant

  • This role will focus on implementing and supporting the Oracle Fusion ERP system throughout its lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • As a Solution Architect, lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement modules.
  • Develop functional designs and solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials modules to address business needs.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications based on business requirements, utilizing built-in tools and frameworks like Oracle Application Composer.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage application metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components.
  • Maintain setup metadata, such as offerings, options, features, setup tasks, and task lists.
  • Effectively lead Oracle Cloud ERP deployments and configurations, driving project deliverables.
  • Monitor application performance and architecture, maintaining cloud ERP reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Design and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Add and manage users, provision roles, and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and deploying Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • 12+ years of overall ERP configuration and support experience.
  • Technical understanding of finance tables and reports, as well as enterprise architecture.
  • Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
  • Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server life cycle management.
  • Ability to lead other functional leads through project phases.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
