Job Title: Packaging Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the planning team to plan and execute daily POs in advance, weighing hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals accurately using precision equipment, verifying hood and safety equipment function, obtaining weigh up, and maintaining necessary records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily POs with the planning team.
  • Weigh hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals accurately using precision equipment.
  • Verify hood and safety equipment function, obtain weigh up, and maintain necessary records.
  • Obtain correct type and quantity of containers for weigh up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years experience in packaging from a pharma or biochemistry background.
  • Awareness of the hazards of chemicals and PPE requirements and safe handling and disposing methods.
  • Basic math skills including the metric system.
  • Experience with semi-automated equipment.
