Job Opportunity

The Packaging Quality Control Specialist is accountable for ensuring top-notch packaging meets client specifications. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and verification of XML documents for multiple vendors on a per-order basis.
  • Packaging of metadata and physical elements per unique vendor specifications.
  • Gathering missing metadata from internal and external sources.
  • Logical analysis and resolution of failed metadata and image submissions.
  • Maintenance of production database, inputting data as necessary to track progress.
  • Operation of computer systems with various operational tools and data management software.
  • Analysis and communication of information to resolve issues and concerns.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with different video file formats, aspect ratios, audio configurations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, and Mac environments.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of XML and XLSX creation, editing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
