Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Content Management (ECM) expert to lead the implementation of scalable solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager, as well as a solid understanding of ECM principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust ECM solutions that cater to diverse business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management processes, including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms.
