  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API
    • Extensive experience with Angular (preferably Angular 9+) and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, JQuery)
    • Solid understanding of database design and management using SQL Server or other RDBMS
    • Good working exposure with REST API integrations
    • Optimizing Angular Application Performance
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP
    • Proficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with .NET and Angular
    • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, architecting, and delivering complex software projects
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Development & Implementation:
    • Hands-on involvement in the development of key modules, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
    • Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability
    • Implement security best practices across the entire stack, including secure coding, data encryption, and authentication mechanisms
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for automation, optimization, and refactoring within the codebase
    • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and testing strategies to ensure high code quality
    • Work with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance across all projects
    • Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
