Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounting of the B2C segment, ensuring accurate reporting of financial numbers to management.

They will oversee monthly closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports, as well as plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits.

Additionally, they will prepare balance sheet disclosures on a periodic basis, ensuring correct and accurate reporting.

They will also develop strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, with practical experience in applying them to business scenarios.

Furthermore, they will coordinate closely with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials, including ensuring correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions.

They will review the monthly closing checklist and ensure thorough review of all balance sheet items periodically.

Moreover, they will assume end-to-end responsibility for closing the financial statements of the parent company and Indian subsidiaries.

Finally, they will establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and CARO.
