• We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that streamline project resource and financial management processes. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to architect scalable integrated and robust Tenrox and Clarity environments.
• Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity PPM platforms to support enterprise project and resource management needs.
2. Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints covering system configurations integrations data flows security models and performance strategies.
3. Serve as the primary technical authority on Tenrox and Clarity guiding development integration and customization efforts.
4. Collaborate with business leaders project managers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Oversee development standards best practices and governance policies related to Tenrox and Clarity customizations and integrations.
6. Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and third-party solutions that complement the existing enterprise environment.
7. Lead complex integrations between Tenrox Clarity ERP HRIS and other enterprise systems using APIs web services or middleware.
8. Provide oversight to development teams mentoring Senior Associates and Developers to ensure quality delivery.
9. Design and implement security models user access controls and compliance measures in alignment with corporate policies.
10. Drive platform upgrades patches and migrations ensuring minimal disruption and robust testing procedures.
11. Establish performance monitoring and optimization plans for sustained operational excellence.
12. Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system diagrams interface specifications and guidelines.
13. Stay informed of industry trends vendor roadmap updates and emerging technologies to continually enhance platform capabilities.
14. Participate in vendor management and negotiations related to Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity products.

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
2. 10 years of experience working with Tenrox Broadcom Clarity CA Clarity PPM or similar project and portfolio management tools.
3. Proven experience in systems architecture with a focus on enterprise PM solutions.
4. Deep expertise in Tenrox time tracking resource management workflow customization and data integrations.
5. Extensive experience in Broadcom Clarity architecture including modules configuration reporting workflow design and security.
6. Strong working knowledge of integration technologies such as REST SOAP middleware platforms and API management.
7. Proficiency in SQL PLSQL and relational databases Oracle SQL Server etc.
8. Experience with scripting languages for automation and customization JavaScript VBScript PowerShell etc.
9. Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure security best practices and compliance requirements.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor technical teams.
11. Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
12. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in application development and deployment.

1. Deep understanding of Tenrox time tracking resource management workflow design and customization capabilities.
2. Knowledge of Tenrox API and integration frameworks for seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Clarity architecture including modules such as resource management financials project execution and reporting.
4. Experience designing and implementing Clarity security models workflows data structures and configuration best practices.
5. Strong grasp of system architecture principles including scalable design modularization integration strategies and security considerations.
6. Experience developing architecture blueprints roadmaps and governance frameworks.
7. Proficient with REST SOAP web services API management middleware platforms e.g MuleSoft Dell Boomi IBM Integration Bus.
8. Knowledge of ETL processes and data synchronization techniques.
9. Expertise in SQL PLSQL or T-SQL for complex query writing performance tuning and database design.
10. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript VBScript PowerShell or Python for automation and customization.
11. Solid understanding of PPM concepts including resource allocation demand management financial tracking and portfolio optimization.
12. Familiarity with integrating PPM with related systems like ERP HRIS and PLM.
13. Knowledge of identity and access management role-based access control models and compliance frameworks e.g GDPR SOX.
14. Awareness of cloud platforms AWS Azure virtualization networking and system monitoring relevant to enterprise application hosting.
15. Familiarity with Agile DevOps and ITIL best practices for application lifecycle management deployment and support.
16. Proven ability to lead architecture design sessions review technical deliverables and mentor development teams.
17. Strong skills in analyzing complex requirements identifying potential risks and crafting effective technical solutions.
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.
19. Ability to document architecture and design artifacts clearly and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
20. Experience managing vendor relations negotiating contracts and coordinating with third-party service providers.
