Senior Staff Cloud Engineer - Oracle Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to lead our team in designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and deep understanding of integration patterns, automation frameworks, and cloud security.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the design and deployment of secure, scalable, and highly available environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Resource Manager), and automation frameworks
  • Defining network and security architectures, including IAM, encryption, and compliance policies
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end integration architectures
  • Designing and overseeing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies leveraging Alloy for data sovereignty and compliance
  • Implementing monitoring, logging, and operational frameworks for proactive system health management

Required skills for this role include:

  • Deep expertise in OCI networking, compute, storage, IAM, monitoring, security
  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud: adapters, APIs, process automation, visual builder
  • Experience architecting OCI Alloy environments with governance, compliance, and hybrid connectivity
  • Strong background in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, event-driven, microservices)
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager for automation
  • Understanding of SaaS integration (ERP, HCM, CX, SCM) and on-prem integration
  • Excellent knowledge of disaster recovery, HA, and performance tuning on OCI

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional Certification
  • Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist Certification
  • Experience in multi-region Alloy deployment and regulated industries (BFSI, Gov, Healthcare)
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, OCI DevOps)
  • Prior experience leading large-scale Oracle transformation programs
