Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

This role is a member of the Global Customer Technical Support team, providing post-sales support to customers and partners worldwide.

Support involves diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, as well as aiding with product applications and use cases.

Customer and partner communication occurs through listening to and understanding reported problems, and clearly explaining basic technical information over the phone and via email.

The job also involves a weekend on-call rotational schedule once deemed capable.
